I had to try three people before I...I'm in therapy. I had to try three people before I found a guy I liked. The 2nd woman "specialized" with ED's. However, I found her advice really unhelpful. It was obvious she had an eating disorder herself and I felt like she was trying to compete with me!<BR/><BR/>Now I just she this old guy. A cute old guy. He's nice. =] I deff. prefer talking to a man rather than a woman. <BR/><BR/>p.s. I can't believe you can talk about your ED with your dance team! That first step must have been hard. When I am on a plan for maintaining my weight, there will probably be more veggies, but for now its just one. Try to focus on dairy products too (calcium-super important) and maybe get 2 grains in every meal. The same thing doesn't work for everyone, so experiment and see what's best for you.
